Terms and Conditions of using Tan Pharmaceuticals Online
By shopping at Tan Pharmaceuticals online, and using this website, you are agreeing to the terms listed here and elsewhere within this section. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Tan Pharmaceuticals during normal Queensland (Australia) business hours. Being 8:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday.
Delivery
We strive for fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, however please note that delivery times vary and we shall not be liable for delays. Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. PO Boxes will only be acceptable for small items. We must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you've indicated between the hours of 9am to 5pm it is the responsibility of the user to ensure the parcel will be accepted. Products will be deemed to be received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address if not being sent to a PO Box. If the Customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of Tan Pharmaceuticals, the Customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by Tan Pharmaceuticals as a result thereof and we, at our discretion may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. The goods shall be at the Customers risk at the point of delivery. The Customer, upon taking delivery of the goods, shall immediately examine the goods and give oral then written notice to us of any defect within the timeframe outlined in the Returnsor Exchange of Goods section, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by the Customer.
International Delivery

Title of Goods
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Tan Pharmaceuticals as legal and equitable owner and the Customer shall hold such goods as bailee only until such time as the Customer shall have paid the full price. The Customer shall be liable to Tan pharmaceuticals in respect of any loss or damage to the goods during such bailment.
Ordering Goods
Orders can only be placed by people legally able to engage in a contract. Any order placed by you via this Web Site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. Tan Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.
The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

Australian Orders
All orders for delivery within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Except for certain products (eg sunscreens over spf15 ) which are gst exempt.
Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an estimate rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Tan Pharmaceuticals will refund or credit goods returned provided the goods are in original condition, and not a buy in or clearance item, based on the below Credit Return Reasons. The Lead Time to claim must be strictly adhered to, and failure to do so may result to credits being deny, or a restocking fee of 20% at our digression. This policy protects us, however, give us a call to discuss your situation, and we are sure that we can work out a fair and reasonable outcome.

Currency and Conversions

Jurisdiction
Tan Pharmaceuticals is based in Cairns, in the state of Queensland, Australia and operates within the normal laws of commerce under Australian business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be held under Queensland Law in a Queensland Court of Law.
Identification
The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.
